Big Deck Variant - Draw 3 Pick 1 with Recursion by Meej (D.J.) djc30@comcast.net If we go back to just original-set cards, that puts us at 7 clans, 10? disciplines, and 3 titles. Since each clan has about 1/3 of those disciplines, and there's some overlap between clans, I think I'd do something like the following: Mix all the vampires, and all the library cards, into single stacks, with at least 12 vampires per player and at least 60 library cards per player. At game start, each player draws 12 vampires for opening crypt and 21 cards for opening hand, picks 4 and 7, and discards the rest into the "castoff" pile next to each stack. Whenever a player would draw a card (library or crypt) he or she draws 3 and picks one, putting the rest in the castoffs pile. When the draw pile runs out, shuffle the castoffs and refill. When the castoffs are all used, too (which should be the third time through the deck), players could reshuffle their library discards... (One recursion on the personal discard pile) - D.J.
