I had some ideas for Obeah if it were ever introduced
as a discipline in the card game, based on the descriptions
of the powers that are here:
http://www.patman.org/wod/disciplines/obeah.asp
Panacea
Action
Obeah
x blood
obeah: For each blood spent by the acting vampire, an ally
gains 1 life towards their listed life total. An ally cannot
gain more than their listed life with this card.
OBEAH: As above, but the ally gains 2 life for each blood spent.
Anaesthetic Touch
Combat
Obeah
obeah: Strike: 0 damage, but the opposing minion does not untap
during its next untap phase. Burn this card at that time.
OBEAH: Strike: as above, but this card also does 1 damage.
Neutral Guard
Reaction / Action modifier
Obeah
obeah: Use this card as a reaction -- text as Obedience at basic.
OBEAH: Use this card as an action modifier -- text as Seduction at basic.
Treat the Sick Mind
Action
Obeah
obeah: Remove a card requiring Chimerstry or Dementation from play.
OBEAH: As above with +1 stealth.
Renewed Vigor
Action
Obeah
obeah: Rescue a vampire from torpor without either vampire paying blood.
OBEAH: As above, and the target vampire gains 1 blood from the blood bank.
Pain for Pleasure
Action
Obeah
obeah: Put this card on a vampire controlled by another Methuselah.
That vampire pays 2X blood for each action or action modifier
played and if a card has no blood cost, it will cost this
vampire 1 blood to play.
OBEAH: Put this card on a vampire controlled by another Methuselah. The
vampire with this card pays 2X blood for each combat card he
attempts to play with all combat cards played now requiring a
minimum of 1 blood to play.
Repulsion
Reaction / Action
Obeah
obeah: Play this card as a reaction. Cancel a combat about to occur
with this vampire. This card may be played when the vampire is tapped.
OBEAH: Play this card as an action. This vampire cannot be targetted by
directed actions which would result in combat.
Vitae Block
Reaction
Obeah
obeah: For each blood spent by this reacting vampire,
he will gain +1 intercept.
OBEAH: For each blood spent by this reacting vampire,
the acting minion's stealth is reduced by one.
Spirit Marionette
Action
Obeah
obeah: Take control of a minion controlled by another Methusaleh
until your discard phase.
OBEAH: As above, and untap that minion at the end of this action.
Resurrection
Action
Obeah
obeah: Return an ally from the graveyard to your library.
OBEAH: Return an ally to play that has been burned since your last turn.
And James Coupe added this one:
Unburdening of the Bestial Soul
Action
Obeah
1 Blood
Inferior: (D) Put this card on a vampire you control, who does not
already have a copy of this card on them. Place three Burden
counters on this card. During each of your untap phases,
move one Burden counter from this card to that vampire's
blood pool. If there are any Burden Counters on this card,
the vampire with this card gets -1 stealth.
Superior: As above, but this card may be placed on a vampire
you do not control.
