Inspired by Tomasz Izydorczyk winning two tournaments in a row
with extremely similar Howler decks. I've always thought Howler
would have loved a Sniper Rifle (or Mark V), but she can't use
weapons. Muricia will have to take up where Howler left off,
with Sniper Rifles and lots of maneuvers for those times when
she is acting.
