Q1: How (and when) did you begin your career as a VTES-player? Who introduced you to the game? Where did you play originally? I worked at a Software Etc. store that started selling Magic and Jyhad. I bought a few packs, and after some fruitless attempts trying to play with my friends, tossed them into a small dark box. A few years later I managed to play with college friends, and after a year or two they went back into the small dark box. After college, one of my roommates found Ethan Burrow online (don't ask which chat room) and we started playing with the Austin group (incl. The Lasombra). That's when I started playing professionally, hustling people for ante in smoky pool halls, airports, bus terminals, truck stops... |
