"Internal Recursion" format is the same as regular Limited (Draft)
format, with just 2 exceptions:

1) Minimum crypt size is 7 instead of 12.

2) Once during the game, you may use a Discard Phase Action to reshuffle
the library cards in your ash heap back into your library.
