Each event started registration at 11:00am.
Each event required a deck listing provided by each participant.
Each event took place on a Saturday.
Each event had an entrance fee of US$3.00.
Each event used the Multi-Judge format if numbers allow.
Each event was three rounds, followed by a final round for the top 5 players.
Each event used two hour time limits on each round.
Each event was a standard constructed event.
Each event followed the 2004 V:EKN Tournament Rules.
