Millennium Cultist: Atlanta

Fifteen players gathered at Casa Tatu to pursue the Cultist and make 
his minions their own.  Players from Kennesaw, Nashville, and Columbia 
joined the Atlanta regulars.  After 2 rounds and a final, these were 
the finalists:

Shaun Witt - Followers of Set - stealth bleed
Aaron Steele - Nosferatu - princely vote
John Newquist - Ventrue (g2-3) - Honor the Elders vote
Jeffrey Thompson - Lasombra - Taking control of your animal nature
Mike Perlman - Ventrue (g1-2) - Law Firm says "Get off my lawn!"

Lasombra seeing only 1 Govern the Unaligned in the first 40+ cards helped 
Mike's pool gain and his explosive bleeds with Lazverinus and his other true 
Ventrue friends caused him to gain the first two victory points.  John was 
eventually able to pull a Reins of Power at 4 stealth with his 11 votes on 
the table to oust Lasombra.  This left the two Ventrue decks at each others 
throats with 5 minutes to go.  Mike contested Queen Anne who had just come 
into play for John.  Mike's pool lead might have eventually gotten him another 
victory point, but the time ran out and the Ventrue walked out with control 
of the Reverend Adams.

There looks to be much greater replay value in the Cultists deck than existed 
with Nergal, and everyone reported having a great time.

I had two game wins going into the finals, with the deck below, that I am posting 
by the request of the finalists.


Deck Name : Taking control of your animal nature

Description :
With the introduction of 3rd Edition, there are now five different Lasombra with 
Animalism at some level.  This makes for a perfect Storyline possibility.  
Antón is the star of the deck, making everything happen better, especially 
in combat with his optional maneuver.  I wished the Grooming the Protege's 
were Minion Taps every time I drew them.
