  I. Notes from the editor

First off I'd like to say hi and thanks for taking the time to read
this newsletter. My name is Eric Leal. I started playing V:Tes a few months
before Sabbat War came out. Shortly after that Tzimisce was my favorite clan.
This is my first newsletter, and I plan to write more if this goes well.
Being my first newsletter this one will be simple. More advanced decks and
strategy to come (I hope).

  II. Vampire of the month

  Lolita Houston
  Capacity 4
  Tzimisce
  Group 2
  VIC
  aus

Being the youngest vampire with superior vicissitude and a plus of
inferior auspex is great. She maybe lacking any animalism, but in
the right deck that shouldn't matter. Vicissitude alone can handle
itself in many situations. Lolita has many times been a very powerful
vampire in the deck of the month. She is a must for any deck using
vicissitude.

III. Library card of the month

  Fiendish Tongue
  Action
  Requires a sabbat vampire
  (D) Bleed at +1 bleed. Anarch vampires get -1 intercept when
attemping to block this action. If this acting vampire is Tzimisce
and the bleed is successful (for 1 or more), this Tzimisce may burn
1 blood to untap during your discard phase this turn.

WOW where to start. This is a computer hacking for sabbat vampires.
Its got a great bonus with the -1 int verses anarch vamps. Depending
on your play group this could be lame or ousting your friends with ease.
AND THEN !!! burn a blood to uptap after a bleed of 1 or more. Not only does
this encorage a Tzimice deck to bleed effectively (some thing tzimisce
are not known for), but can save card slots for more important cards like
combat, intercept, or more bleed.

  IV. Deck of the month

  (some siffy name)

This is my Tzimisce stealth bleed deck. I have been tweaking this
deck for over 4 years and I think I've gotten it honed to perfection
for what I want to do, and what that is to bleed quick for never
over 3 and defend itself well.

2x Lolita Houston
2x The Rose
2x Ana Rita Montaņa
2x Caliban
2x Corine Marcon
2x Kazimir Savostin

Masters (13)
4x Blood Doll
5x Sudden Reversal
2x Capitalist
2x Dreams of the Sphinx

Actions (11)
11x Fiendish Tongue

Reaction (14)
14x Forced Awakening

Retainers (8)
4x Revenant
4X Corpse Balloon

Combo
9x Plasmic Form

Modifier
12x Changeling

Combat
10x Chiropteran Marauder
3x Breath of the Dragon
10x Meld with the Land

This deck may not have alot of different cards, but they get the job
done, and most are dual use. Fiendish Tongue can bleed and untap you.
Corpse Balloon gives you intercept and a maneuver. Plasmic Form gives
stealth or a dodge. Changeling gives a + bleed or stealth.
Chiropteran Marauder gives a maneuver or agg hand damage,
and my favorite is Meld with the Land, which at inferior can untap
your cross table buddy after being bounced. =) This deck adapts well and
defends itself while keeping forward pressure.
