Killer Decks - "Stagnation Damnation"

Pass the junk food, 'cuz your opponents will need something to occupy their
time after you hijack the game.

TOP CARDS. Most of the pool loss you inflict will come by passing political
actions like Parity Shift or Kine Resources Contested. If a Parity Shift
referendum passes, up to five of the target player's pool can be redistributed
according to your choosing.

     Awe will allow you to force passage of a referendum; same goes for
Bewitching Oration. Voter Captivation and Forgotten Labyrinth give you the boost
needed to force your strategy through.

HOW IT BEATS YOU. As soon as able, call a First Tradition: The Masquerade
political action. It forces players to pay two pool if they want to take their
turn. On your turn, manage the pool levels of your opponents so that they find
it difficult to pay to take their turns.  They'll either spend the two pool to
take a turn or, even better, refuse to pay and play right into your hands.  You
aren't able to handle much in combat, so be generous with your pool and try to
buy off any potential attackers.

     Your goal is to set the entire table's pool levels so you can take them
out in order. Since the amount of damage a Parity Shift deals is equal to the
number of players in the game. It is important tot take a lot of your prey's
pool early before other players are ousted. Gain control of the table before it
gets down to two or three players.

#1 CARD. First Tradition: The Masquerade. Its effects are cumulative so, to take
each turn your opponents must pay two pool for each copy of the First Tradition
in play. If all goes well, only you will be able to pay for a turn. -- Robert
