Get out as many Shades as you can on a single vampire, 
rearranging with Heidelburg Castle.
Take actions that force blocking, like +bleeds, 
dodge their strike, do serious damage with your Shades,
and then do an additional strike to finish them off.

Use the Scouting Missions to recruit the younger vampires in the crypt.

Not incredibly effective, in fact, particularly slow, but great fun to play.
