Game Environment: NCL, 90 card library limit,
post 12-6-99 RTR.

The idea is to get out Dragos with either the Hand of Conrad
or two Potence discipline cards. Then have him go to town with
the Haven Uncovereds and Ambush cards. He can attack twice
if one of the weenie Auspex vampires is in play and untaps him
via Precognizant Mobility. He doesn't pay the cost of the Potence
cards, so he should have plenty of blood to take the hits from the
opposing vampires, and he hasn't lost any blood if they end combat.
In one of the 3 games it was in, Dragos burned a 9-point vampire that
had been full by using Death of my Conscience and Burning Wrath, doing
11 points of aggravated damage. He has also burned many smaller vamps
with just the Increased Strengths, Pushing the Limit, and Decapitate.
It doesn't sweep tables, but is great fun for the person playing the deck.
