allows him Free States Rants and Reckless Agitation.
An ideal turn for Viktor includes discarding a duplicate
Path of the Void in the untap phase, gaining Fortitude in
the master phase, becoming Liaison and untapping with Freak
Drive, acquiring plus bleed (Heart of the City/Tasha/J.S.)
and untapping with Freak Drive, and then bleeding or voting.
Aksinya Daclau is his perfect partner, cycling excess masters
as bleed defense while having mostly the same discipline set.
