Description:	Speed bleed for the Tzimisce. Use the Anarch Troublemaker to tap 2 of your prey's vampires or destroy a Sport Bike, then immediately play another one. Bleed with Fiendish Tongue and don't forget to untap. I played this in one of the Origins 2003 tournaments and was always considered the biggest threat at the table. In two separate rounds I had my prey within one bleed action to be ousted, when the table put all of my minions in torpor. In the third round I took 2 vp before running into a Second Tradition packing deck that was able to stop me cold.
