Q1: How (and when) did you begin your career as a VTES-player? Who introduced you to the game? Where did you play originally?

I started playing V:tES when it was first released as Jyhad; I was an avid Magic: the Gathering player at the time and was interested in what I saw as a follow-up release from Wizards of the Coast. I played in Los Angeles, where I was in my last year of college at University of Southern California.

Q2: Which of the Sets and Expansions to VTES is your favorite, and why is it your top choice?

Final Nights is my top choice because it fulfilled the early promise of the Independent clans, whose 'flavor' of play is distinct from both Camarilla and Sabbat.

Q3: What is your favorite deck to play, and why?

My favorite deck is 'Those Dimples are Perfectly Normal', a Nos/Malk royalty 3rd tradition breeder swarm-bleed deck. It needs a re-editing in light of the changes to the Embrace and Fifth Tradition just now, but it should already be in the deck archive here.

Q4: If you could add something to the game, what would it be?

Group 0 Victorian Age and Group -1 Dark Age vampires, if a suitable library rule could be formed to deal with 'times past' modeling.

Q5: What do you do to help promote the game / why are you in this list of people?

I've been on the newsgroup for about 7 or 8 years. I wrote one issue of the Nosferatu newsletter while PDB was on hiatus. I play a lot in my local area.

Q6: What is your favorite deck style for casual play / tournament play?

It used to be highly focused silly trick decks, but I've been drifting towards toolbox lately.

Q7: Is there a difference between your casual play and tournament play?

Nah, they both suck (grin).
