Q1: How (and when) did you begin your career as a VTES-player? Who introduced you to the game? Where did you play originally?

I bought my first packs of Sabbat War in early 2000. I hooked up with the local play group and have been building my powerbase ever since.

Q2: Which of the Sets and Expansions to VTES is your favorite, and why is it your top choice?

Sabbat War. Go with what you know. I cut my teeth on a mean Tzimisce deck made from 4 starters and about 5 boxes of SW. Next was Lasombra stealth vote/bleed. Both decks have gone through many face lifts and tummy tucks in recent months. With Baltimore Purge available as a new toy the Lasombra will get another deck in my collection.

Q3: What is your favorite deck to play, and why?

I enjoy playing my !tor miller based aus/CEL/pro intercept combat deck. Art of pain on miller is never a bad play. combine with blur for 4, 4 and then 4 with a bone spur for 4 aggro to burn pretty well anyone.

Q4: If you could add something to the game, what would it be?

More votes. Why do I say that? KRC's and parity shifts are good strong cards, no question. I wish we had a few more staple votes as the 15 KRC deck is a little repetitive.

Q5: What do you do to help promote the game / why are you in this list of people?

I give away cards to the new players we get. Stuff like minion taps and blood dolls, votes, s:ce ect ect. try to get them to a level they can enjoy the game instead of getting steamrolled by experienced players with better/more cards. I've taught the game to a few people as well.

Q6: What is your favorite deck style for casual play / tournament play?

In casual play I like something that has a trick to it or is generaly considered second rate and try to make a strong deck out of it. Like my Ravnos deck, Sense Deps and the mirror images to make them happen. The same vampires I use in that deck have access to dom so I can pack few deflections which has won me more than few games. In casual play I exparament. In tournament play I play decks that do something very well and other things either not at all or just as a defense. Focused in Tournaments, toolbox in Casual or sometimes focused in casual, but focused on doing something unconvetional.

Q7: Is there a difference between your casual play and tournament play?

Tournament play is a little diffrent. Ok, 180 degrees. In tournaments I bleed ruthlessly, rush non-stop and vote for anything that I get to name the terms of. In casual play it's more about having fun rather than wrapping up gamewins and VPs. I'm much less likley to cross table rush in Casual play.
