Q1: How (and when) did you begin your career as a VTES-player? Who introduced you to the game? Where did you play originally?

My career as a V:TES player started in 1995 when I sold all my Magic cards and a shop in my city give me a ticket of about 800 US $ to spend. At the university I've seen some strange people playing in the student office with this new game an in few months I use all my ticket for JYHAD cards. I've played for some time but I got busy because of school and work so I left the game till the exit of Sabbat War. Now I'm one of the main italian organizer of tournment, bishop of my city, Torino and - from january 2004 - also Italian National Coordinator.

Q2: Which of the Sets and Expansions to VTES is your favorite, and why is it your top choice?

My choices tend towards WoTC sets as JHYAD mainly because I like the artwork which is featured in and my favorite artists are: Anson Maddocks (Madness Network, Mariel the Lady Thunder), Drew Tucker (Brazil, Victoria), Richard Kane-Ferguson (Angus the unruled, Cardano, Sylvester Simms, Yuri the talon, Ramiel Dupr, ) Lawrence Sneally (Al-Ashrad!, Anneke, Anton, Bindusara, Costanza Vinti, Rigby , Salinger, ) , L.A.Williams (Camille Devereux!, Elisabetta Romano, Koko, Parnassus, Petru Sipos, Raven, ) and Quinton Hoover (Dragon brath rounds, Gitane St.Claire, Kindred Restructure, Marty Lechtansi, The Rack.)

Q3: What is your favorite deck to play, and why?

As a vampire the masquerade player I've begun playing VTES with my favorite clan: Malkavians!!! And so my favorite decks are based on malkavian and !malkavian expecially the one you dont think can be used: the type 1-2 malkavian crypt deck called "I rush you in your turn" with Deranges, Madness Network, guns & Rotschreck was my funniest deck but I've lost the decklist in my (mental) disorder.

Q4: If you could add something to the game, what would it be?

FirSt of AlL: oBfUsCaTe cOmBaT EnDS. Seriously: Dark Age cards...or the cards of big tournament winners: I like a lot real people Crypt cards!!!

Q5: What do you do to help promote the game / why are you in this list of people?

I am promoting the game by through:
-Writing a lot on the italian forum of VTES: www.italybynight.org/bbforum.
- Promote journey for italian players in foreign countries for tournaments and championships.
- Organizing all my city tournaments with my prince.
- Organizing the Italian Qualifiers and championships together with the other italian Princes
- Mantaining a small site with some home made cards and picture from tournaments.

Q6: What is your favorite deck style for casual play / tournament play?

I try my best to come up with some weird decks when I play casual games or to experiment my next tournment deck. Normally in tournment I prefer decks that can play crosstable with cards as rushes, eagle sight, ecc. or spread the chaos as deranges. For a lot of time I played only stealth decks in tournment now I'm searchng a less easy win with more fun maybe with less stealth ad more combat or allies as a Nephandi (I've 8 of them and I'm searching to reach 10!) or War Ghouls (11 are enough for a 75 cards deck).

Q7: Is there a difference between your casual play and tournament play?

YeS: nOrMaLly at ToUrmEnT I'm SoBeR (UnLeSs FoR My SuGaRCuBeS). ThE cASuAl PlAy AlmOst aLWaYs OcCur iN a pUb aNd i DrInK & EAt a loT. Seriously: at tournment I'm less cooperative and I normally hide my true intentions BUT I KEEP ALWAYS MY WORD (perhaps to the letter but I've never broken a pact)
