Swainbank Draft

Each player will receive 7 booster packs. These will be drafted 
with each player choosing his or her own draft order for the
packs.

After drafting each player will construct a deck with:
7 card minimum crypt
40 card minimum library

Deck Recycling Rule: Whenever a player's Library is empty that player
may use a discard phase action to reshuffle his Ash Heap into his
Library and Crypt.
