Lord Velo, The Decadent (Follower of Set) pool -2, hand +0, transfers +0 --When you place a corruption counter on a card, you may tap this card and spend one pool to place an additional corruption counter on that card. The owner of the targeted card may spend 2 pool to prevent this effect (you still spend pool and tap this card). --You must spend one additional pool for every location you bring into play.
