A potential update to a Target Vitals Eye of Unforgiving Heaven deck
to include better blood gain. Aisling and Martin are in to play the
Anima Gathering, and they can use On the Qui Vive to play the Telepathic
Misdirections. With the Hunting Grounds and the Arcane Library, there
can be regular blood and pool regain, which will help the decks longevity.
The other two Tremere can go to torpor, if they successfully blocked while
tapped, and the Anima Gathering effect will remain.
