Game Environment: 90 card library limit, no card limit, post Final Nights rules.

Use the Ex Nihilo to keep your vampires bleeding at stealth. When blocked, throw
down as many Weather Controls as you need to send your opponent to torpor. If they
aren't blocking, use the Talbot's Chainsaw to attack them individually, and repeat
the Weather Control process to taste. Ex Nihilo is also a good defense against any
of the more common potence rush decks, let them do their worst, because you won't
be losing any blood to any of their strikes except Burning Wrath.
Give the Talbot's damage during untap to your Ex Nihilo guys, even if you plan
on letting the Ex Nihilo go that same turn. Order your untap to your advantage.
Give the Soul Gem to any of your Tremere, once they get a Necromancy skill card,
they should be able to bring any of the vampires in your crypt into play at full.
It's preferable to only Fifth your own vampires, usually the same turn you let the
Ex Nihilo go. Do that when the Ex Nihilo guy only has one blood, then he can be
full to take on another Ex Nihilo.

This deck was emaciated by the Camarilla Edition. The changes to Fifth Tradition,
and Weather Control require the deck to be completely reworked before play in the
current environment.
