Game Environment: 90 card library limit, post 12/6/99 RTR.

The library is Jyhad only, but the crypt benefits too much 
from the Ravnos to not include non-Jyhad vampires.

Designed to abuse Drawing Out the Beast, the deck can do very well.
The player simply has to remember to leave 1 vampire untapped to 
prevent things like Fifth Tradition, which will really ruin the day
of this type of deck.  Rush whomever you have to, and just bleed with
the rest.  Most of the time your actions will go unblocked, and the
cards will sit in your hand, so make the most of it the times you
are blocked, or the times you do Rush.

This deck should probably be redesigned with protean instead 
of fortitude, then it could use Earth Meld to untap and act
again, or Form of Mist to do the damage and then continue 
with the action anyway.
