I think that I would do somthing like this.

They would be crypt cards but they would look different.

They would have the designator: Mortal

Mortal would be a new rule; vampires that are mortal do not go to
torpor they are burned anytime that they would.
Mortals treat agg damage as normal. 
Mortals cannot play cards require a vampire, and cannot be effected by
cards that only effect vampires.

many of the supernatural mortals would have displines to show there
power. They would be able to play them as a vampire.

but some could just have really cool specials. 

Over all this interesting but maybe it just expands allys
